LIMITED WARRANTY ON DOCKATOT™ DELUXE / GRAND
Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. warrants the DockATot™ product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your DockATot™ at no cost to you. Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. will make every effort to provide a replacement product of the same color as the original product, but at times may be unable to do so.
This limited warranty does NOT cover any damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by use inconsistent with the instructions and warnings. This warranty does not cover any DockATot™ products that have been involved in an accident or fire, or that have been altered, repaired or otherwise modified by the consumer. This warranty does not cover stains, discoloration or shrinkage of the DockATot™ components, including the cover, and does not cover products that have not been cared for in accordance with the instructions. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. may request proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to confirm ownership.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOUND TO EXIST DESPITE THE FOREGOING LIMITATION, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.

If you believe your DockATot™ is defective or requires repair, please contact us at the information below to obtain a return authorization. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy when you call. Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. will then issue you a return authorization with specific instructions on returning the DockATot™ or will ship replacement parts directly to you.
