LIMITED WARRANTY ON DOCKATOT® & ARISTOT® PRODUCTS

Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. warrants all DockATot® and Aristot® products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of six (6) months from the date of initial purchase. If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. will make every effort to provide a replacement product of the same color as the original product, but at times may be unable to do so.

Aristot FAQs

The Aristot Bassinet is suitable for newborns until they reach 18 lbs (8.2 kg) or can sit unassisted, kneel, or pull themselves up, whichever comes first. Once any of these milestones has been reached, you may transition the base into yet another beautiful piece of furniture using one of the Aristot Conversion Pieces.

Only use the sheet provided by Aristot. It is specifically designed to fit the Aristot Bassinet Mattress Pad – Aftermarket sheets could be too loose or too tight.

Only use the provided mattress that comes with the Aristot Bassinet. Do not add another mattress, pad, pillow, or soft cushions to the product.

No, the bassinet should not be used without an Aristot base. It should only be used when fully assembled with base, bassinet and mattress pad. It also should not be used if any part is broken, torn, or missing.

The Aristot Bassinet was created for use in any room in the house to complement and enhance your décor. Wherever you choose to use an Aristot Bassinet, make sure:

  • The base is placed on a level floor
  • The Aristot Bassinet is not placed too close to a space heater, fireplace, or other source of heat, and is at least 3 feet (1 meter) from any such heat sources.
  • The Aristot Bassinet is not positioned near curtains, blinds, or cords – including window blind cords and baby monitor cords

We recommend infants be placed on their backs at all times, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

This product requires regular maintenance. The cleaning and maintenance of the bassinet must only be carried out by an adult.

Open Box Program

We are proud to offer the DockATot Open Box program as one more step toward a more sustainable future. This program aims to reduce waste created by the disposal of perfectly good products, while also providing more families access to these products due to the reduced price point.

An open box product is a product that has been previously purchased and returned and is made available for sale on DockATot.com. Each open box item has been inspected by our returns team to meet the highest quality standards you’ve come to expect from DockATot. Given the limited amount of returns we receive, there will often only be 1-2 units of any given product available and there is no guarantee products will restock in the future.

All sales are final, and warranty is voided. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Most, if not all, open box items are returned to us unused likely the result of ordering the wrong item, size, or colorway. Regardless, every return is subject to detailed inspection to meet three standards which are each considered safe and in excellent working condition.

Since most open box items appear new, you’re getting a top quality product at a better-than-ever-discounted price.

Since we are selling these products at such a deep discount, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges – All Sales are Final. This means if you’re still researching whether or not a product is what you’re looking of, the right size, or will meet your intended use, you may want to consider reaching out to our Customer Service team or buying a product that qualifies for our return or exchange policy.

Open Box item availability is also only limited to the designs and quantities of items returned to us, so if you’ve been eyeing a specific color or size, we cannot guarantee it will become available in the Open Box program.

Shipping Policy

We partner with UPS to offer efficient ground shipping. Most items ship for a flat rate of only $12.99.

Additional handling fees may apply for oversized, bulky or heavy products, including:

  • Aristot bassinets, bases, and conversion kits ($50)
  • Dream Weaver bassinets ($50)
  • Futons Royale & Present Tense Pillows ($25)
  • Tent of Dreams ($25)
  • Wallpaper ($25)

Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any location outside of the contiguous United States.

If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.

We currently only ship to the US and Mexico. Mexico shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout. We cover all duties and brokerage fees. But if you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a UPS claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact UPS about any loss or delivery disputes. 

Return Policy

We will accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Purchase was made within the last 60 days
  • Returned items must be postmarked or shipped within 60 days from the original purchase date

If your order does not meet the above criteria, no refund will be issued.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping is FREE in exchange for store credit. If you prefer a refund on the original form of payment, we offer discounted shipping options. You also can ship back your return using whatever method you choose.

Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at hello@dockatot.com. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm MST.

If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact us at hello@dockatot.com within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date to inform us of the missing item(s). Our packages are checked for weight irregularities, and certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
