How to swaddle

Place the swaddle on a flat surface and fold into a triangle. Place the baby face-up in the triangle with head above the fold.

Wrap one side of the swaddle across the baby’s arm and chest. Secure the free end by tucking it between baby’s body and free arm.

Fold up the bottom corner and secure it by tucking the point into the top of the swaddle.

Fold the remaining corner over across baby’s free arm and chest. Secure the blanket by tucking the corner underneath baby. Swaddle should not be too tight or make it hard for the baby to breather or move their hips.
